Thao brings over 15 years in management in the Vietnam and international turf and golf industry to ONE.
Phuong Doan
Phuong has over 10 years of experience in turfgrass maintenance, equipment, irrigation, team management, and purchasing. She brings her background in all of these key pieces needed for a successful golf course project in Vietnam to the Outfield team.
JASON BLACKA
Jason has worked in all facets of golf and landscape installation, maintenance and development, including as a golf course superintendent and a construction project manager, in Vietnam, the U.S.A., Australia, and China over the past 30 years.
Rob Glucksman
Rob has been introducing advanced technology in turfgrass, fertilizer, water management, and specialty chemicals to Asia since 1989.
Outfield’s principals have imported turfgrass to Asia for well over a decade, first bringing Phillip Jennings Turf Farms to the region and then founding Atlas Turf to export more turfgrass varieties.
With the clear need for grasses better suited to our region that were not offered out of the U.S. or Australia, and the ongoing development and sophistication of our customers in Vietnam and the region, it was time to source better varieties and make them easily available, on the ground and in the region.
